We are currently seeking an Aftersales Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Shrewsbury. Your role will be to help grow the company sales by working closely with the BDMs and Account Managers in developing business within the existing customer base. This is a role that will utilise your administration skills, along with your sales and account management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develops new revenue streams from new products and services, while optimizing income from existing lines within existing customer base.
* Books customer and prospect meetings for BDMs.
* Prepares sales proposals & quotes using existing templates as required by the customer/prospect.
* Gathers intelligence on customers and competitors.
* Generates leads for possible sales.
* Relentless, ruthless, forensic follow-up of all sales opportunities and quotes.
* Submit weekly KPI’s and personal review for the prior week to Line Manager by 5pm every Friday.
* Complete task list daily.
* Ensure CRM system is kept up to date daily .
* Act in accordance with company work ethic, standards and protocol set out in the Company manual.

* Strong customer support skills with a proven track record in managing clients and winning orders.
* Self driven and self motivated desire to close the deal and get results.
* Well presented and excellent organizational skills.
* Gets on well with the customer, even if difficult conversations have to be had.
* Understands the basic principles of negotiation.
* Able to identify customer needs and creatively provide solutions.
* Able to identify and capitalize on opportunities that provide solutions for the customer and additional revenue for the company.
* Clear understanding of margin importance.
* Willing to go the extra mile for the business and adapt to potentially different ways of working.
* Excellent communication skills, both with customers and within the business that encourages customer confidence, improves customer satisfaction, and relieves any unknowns.
Benefits
* Salary- £24,000- £28,000 basic
* Hours- Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm
