* A proven track record of raising pupil achievement, including at GCSE/A‑level (or equivalent).
* Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* A reflective, growth‑oriented mindset – ready to lead, learn and drive continuous improvement.
* Confidence to influence curriculum design, pedagogical strategies and department‑wide initiatives.
