A well established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong UK and international presence is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the delivery of high quality building projects from concept through to construction.
This is a senior, client facing role offering genuine responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to influence project outcomes while mentoring and developing engineers within a growing London team.
🔧 The Role
* Lead structural engineering projects through all RIBA stages
* Take full ownership of technical delivery, programme and quality
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects and contractors
* Coordinate and manage internal design teams
* Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
* Contribute to team growth and continuous improvement
👤 About You
* Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE / MICE or equivalent)
* Strong experience leading UK building projects
* Excellent knowledge of Eurocodes and UK standards
* Confident communicator with proven client-facing experience
* Proficient in structural design software and BIM / Revit
* Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused
