The Role
Carry out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys.
Conduct bulk sampling and site assessments.
Work across domestic, commercial, educational, and public sector properties.
Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and members of the public.
Ensure all work meets UKAS standards and company procedures.
You
BOHS P402 qualification.
Experience in asbestos surveys across various property types.
Familiarity with UKAS-accredited environments.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Willingness to develop further through training and site experience.
