As a Resident Host, you'll be the face of the community, supporting residents from first viewings through long-term stays. You'll handle move-ins, inspections, events, and wellness initiatives, ensuring every interaction is smooth and memorable.
Your days will be varied: securing leases, resolving resident queries with empathy, managing data and compliance, and working closely with colleagues and contractors to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for residents, providing warm, professional, and solution-focused service.
* Foster community through resident events, amenity bookings, and local engagement.
* Oversee day-to-day operations including parcel handling, amenity reservations, and defect tracking.
* Support smooth move-ins and move-outs for residents.
* Conduct regular compliance inspections and maintain health & safety standards.
* Collaborate with leasing and neighbourhood teams for seamless service delivery.
* Provide local recommendations and stay informed on community events and attractions.
* Assist with financial processes and contribute to cost-efficiency initiatives.
Your Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service, ideally within residential, hospitality, or service-led sectors.
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills.
* Tech-savvy with knowledge of systems like Yardi, RentCafe, or Hubspot (desirable).
* Passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences and community spirit.
* Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude.
