Jackson Young is looking for a Construction Director / Operations Director to take a senior leadership role within a highly respected main contractor operating in the central London market. Our client is looking for an experienced pair of hands that can make a real impact over the next 2-5 years.

It works with blue chip retail, commercial developers, private individuals and cultural institutions, and boasts an interesting and varied portfolio. It spends a lot of time in the right areas... building long term relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and sub contractors, focusing on unlocking the design / getting their schemes set up correctly, and building the strongest teams. It is doing construction right.
The role:
This appointment will be a senior leadership role sat under the board where you will take project delivery responsibilities across 2 - 4 schemes from tender to completion. It is a hands on role and, as part of the small senior leadership team, will also include mentorship, strategy, client development and so on.
The person:
They are looking for someone with a long track record of delivering complicated city centre schemes in a senior role, ideally managing more than one at a time. They are happy to consider people looking for their final move as well as others with less experience.
