We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to work at our wonderful pre-school. Our children are happy, curious and enthusiastic and our staff are supportive, dedicated and hardworking. Our thriving pre-school is at the heart of the community and linked closely with Fetcham Village Infant School. Our recent Ofsted report states it is a ‘warm and nurturing pre-school’ and children ‘smile with delight’ whilst learning.
Our Deputy Manager would be overseeing the daily running of the pre-school, ensuring high standards of care and role-modelling good practise for all staff. A level 3 qualification is a minimum requirement, higher is desirable and a willingness to learn and grow is essential. You will support the Manager in their role, share your passion with colleagues and help children thrive.
If this sounds like something that you’d like to be a part of we would love to hear from you. Please see the detailed job description for additional information about this role.
We welcome early applications and will consider holding interviews and appointing before the closing date if there is strong interest. Therefore we recommend you submit your application as early as possible.

We particularly welcome applicants from under-represented groups including those based on ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
Please be advised that references may be requested on receipt of your application. Please state if you wish this to be delayed until shortlisting/interviews have taken place.
