La Fosse has partnered with a government client to recruit an experienced Test Lead on an initial 3-month contract. This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end testing across digital, IT, and operational readiness workstreams, ensuring a cohesive and effective testing approach across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver the overall test strategy and detailed test plans
* Lead and coordinate testing across SIT, UAT, and OAT phases
* Oversee defect management and triage processes, ensuring timely resolution
* Ensure alignment of testing activities across multiple workstreams
* Drive quality assurance best practices across the programme
* Engage and manage key stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and issues
