Responsibilities and duties of the Shift Team Leader role Reporting to the Production Coordinator you will: Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient running of the plant. Act as the primary point of contact for out-of-hours site management and operational decision-making. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental procedures. Undertake Safety Coordinator duties in accordance with company safety rules and permit-to-work systems. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational obligations are achieved. Monitor plant performance and respond proactively to operational issues to maximise availability and efficiency.
