My client is a UK Top 50 firm who are offering the chance to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team handling high-profile Insolvency & Restructuring work. The position will see you handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, with significant advisory work as a senior member as you work with clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors, shareholders, and individuals. Essential Criteria:
* Excellent knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law
* Ability to handle a wide range of clients and cases
* Experience in administrations, receiverships, voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidation, directors' duties, and bankruptcy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Experience in supervising and supporting junior team members
