What will you do as an Accounts Administrator?
* Purchase ledger tasks, matching invoices to delivery notes, entering on software
* Credit control assistance, calling overdue customers, investigating non-payment issues
* Process new account opening forms
* Liaise with customers, suppliers & other staff members to achieve objectives
* Send out company documents by email-such as statements, direct debit advices, references
* Book-keeping tasks as directed, such as processing income within the retail side of the business
What will you need to be an Accounts Administrator?
* Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
* Proficient in Excel, Dynamics would be an advantage
* Previous experience in a purchase ledger role
* A Levels for AAT level 2
* Excellent attention to detail
