Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operational Technical Services Lead to oversee technical building services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, performance, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of M&E, HVAC, and BMS services across multiple sites
* Manage PPM and reactive maintenance
* Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance
* Oversee engineering teams and contractors
* Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance
* Act as key contact for clients and stakeholders
* Drive innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency initiatives
* Assist with lifecycle planning and capital replacement programs
* Provide technical guidance during project works and minor upgrades.
* Support budgeting, cost control, and improvements
About You
* Experience in FM or technical services
* Strong M&E, HVAC, and compliance knowledge
* Proven team and contractor management skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
* Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)
* IOSH Managing/NEBOSH advantageous
