The job you will be Doing
* Customer focused both internally and externally
* Working closely with team manager ensuring all system work orders and system admin are completed in a timely manner
* Maintain and update company data bases and filing systems
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, orders and reports
* Develop and work towards system housekeeping
* Handling any general administrative tasks
About You
1. Previous administration experience
2. Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus
3. Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook)
4. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
