Registered Service Manager – Children’s Services (Maternity Cover) Location: Walsall Salary: £45,000 – £51,500 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) ⏰ Working Hours: 40 hours per week (to meet the needs of the service) Service: Children’s Home Service Users: Children with learning disabilities Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or equivalent / willingness to achieve) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home Experience supervising and managing staff in a care role Knowledge of legislation including Children’s Regulations, The Quality Standards, Every Child Matters Employment Type: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover, Nov 2025 – Dec 2026) ❌ Sponsorship is not available The Home Location: Walsall Type of Young People: Learning Disabilities, younger age group This is a successful, established home with a stable and settled staff team.
