Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Travel locally (within ~ miles) to conduct on-site freight inspections
2. Evaluate shipments and document freight damage or packaging issues
3. Capture high-quality photos and detailed notes of inspected goods
4. Submit accurate inspection reports using the proprietary online templates
5. Ensure reports are completed and submitted within business days
6. Maintain professionalism and reliability when representing the company to clients
