Role Overview
ABP UK is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Indirect Procurement Analyst to support the procurement function across key indirect categories including non-meat ingredients, PPE, laundry services, and utilities. This role will be instrumental in collating, analyzing, and presenting procurement data to drive strategic decision-making and cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
Collate & present procurement data across indirect spend categories.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track spend, supplier performance, and savings opportunities.
Interpret supplier data and purchasing trends to support strategic procurement direction.
Support tender processes and contract management activities.
Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to inform procurement strategy.
Generate regular reports on spend analysis, compliance, and supplier KPIs.
Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and cost-saving projects.
Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Support the implementation of digital tools and automation within the procurement function.
Deliver supplier performance reviews, uncover cost savings, and improve quality/service.
Support supplier negotiations with data-backed insight.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in procurement analytics or a similar data-focused role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and data presentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
Experience in indirect procurement categories (non-meat ingredients, PPE, laundry, utilities) desirable
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
