Reports to the Banking Operations Manager - Data and Reconciliation The purpose of this position is to support the Client Facing Teams (CFTs) and the Banking Operations Team in completing business as usual banking activities and projects whilst adhering to the Banking Relationships Framework. What you'll be doing Banking Operations support covering multiple aspects, with primary tasks within the Data and Reconciliation team Assist with the daily data file migration activity Support the daily reconciliation activities undertaken in support of CFTs Support CFT's with banking queries, providing guidance when necessary Assist the wider Banking Operations team with daily workloads What we're looking for 1-2 years Banking / Financial Services industry experience Previous Administration experience is essential Positive and proactive approach to work Computer literacy and communication skills are essential Ability to work as part of a team and to deadlines High levels of accuracy and attention to detail We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and professional qualifications to enhance your development. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and be great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
