During your time here, the main duties for the role would include completing the following:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, providing timely and effective solutions
* Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and address hardware-related challenges
* Engage in the development of applications and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
* Collaborate with our development team to design, test, and implement innovative solutions
* Participate in the creation and maintenance of Power Platform apps, automations, and workflows
