Exciting Opportunity at Bupa Dental Care West Derby!

Position: Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
Requirement: Must be GDC Registered
Experience: Previous TCO experience beneficial

Hours:

1. Full-time – 37.5 hours/week (Mon-Fri 8:30–5)

2. FLEXIBLE on days & hours — will consider part-time for the right candidate!
Salary: From £12.50 per hour (depending on experience)

As a Treatment Coordinator you’ll be working alongside an experienced practice team and have access to exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go.

Treatment Coordinator responsibilities

8. Be the first point of contact for new private patients to the practice; and existing patients expressing an interest in specialist treatments
9. Confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved
10. Deliver a high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
11. Be a champion of customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice
12. Coordinate’s dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan
13. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team
14. Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager

Your skills and experience

15. Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting
16. Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate complex treatment plans, procedures and requirements
17. Previous experience of delivering an outstanding service in a customer facing role
18. Proven strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of people
19. CQC/GDC registered, and knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable
