The Role
* Sourcing top talent for key roles across the gas and renewables sectors
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction to placement
* Using online portals to guide candidates through applications, assessments, and onboarding
* Developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring placements meet their timelines
* Progressing into client-facing account management as you grow within the role
