As our Art teacher, you will:
* Act as a dedicated tutor for an assigned group of pupils
* Lead and develop the art curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
* Maintain a calm, positive classroom atmosphere and adapt flexibly to changing situations.
* Contribute to preparing pupils for any external assessments or showcases relevant to the art curriculum.
* Plan and deliver stimulating, well-structured art lessons across all pathways.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to individual needs.
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and professional development.
