Job summary
The role of a Support Worker at Enable involves providing compassionate and person-centered care to individuals with complex support needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. The position is based in Worthing, where you will work as part of a dedicated team to empower and support the individuals in their own homes and within the local community.
Main duties of the job
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for encouraging the individuals to play an active role in their communities, supporting them with activities of daily living, effective communication, and promoting their overall well-being. You will also be required to keep accurate records and report any changes in the individuals' health or circumstances to the management team. The successful candidate will need to have at least 12 months of experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, a valid UK driver's license, and access to their own car.

Offering supporting living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.
