Position: Nursery Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,060.80

This full-time role involves working 40 hours a week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. If you hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification, we want to hear from you! Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates continuously throughout the year.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Provide exceptional care and education tailored to each child's individual needs in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Plan and deliver engaging early years activities that stimulate and challenge each child's learning and development.
* Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Conduct risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable
