Front of House Supervisor - Shackleford, Surrey
£15 per hour term-time only
Working only 38 weeks of the year!
40 hours per week working 5 of 7 Monday to Sunday

To be successful in this role you will:
* Preferably have experience of working in independent schools
* Have an understanding of managing allergens
* Motivating and managing a team
* Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations
* Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service
* Controlling and managing stock levels
* Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
* Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
This is a customer facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
