What You’ll Do
* Maintain and optimize existing reports and dashboards, ensuring their accuracy and reliability for the Measurement Strategy team.
* Lead the migration of reports across various tools and platforms, minimizing disruption to ongoing workflows.
* Develop new reports and dashboards from first‑party advertising data, translating business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations.
* Collaborate closely with Measurement Strategists to understand reporting needs and deliver robust solutions that support client‑facing insight work.
* Query and transform large first‑party datasets using SQL to build and support critical reporting pipelines.
* Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues across all reports.
* Document data sources, report logic, and migration decisions to ensure seamless team continuity and knowledge transfer.
Must‑Have Qualifications
* Strong SQL skills with extensive experience working on large, complex first‑party datasets.
* Proficiency in Tableau or a comparable business intelligence/data visualization tool.
* A proven track record of successfully migrating and rebuilding reports across different platforms.
* Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics and measurement concepts.
* Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple reporting workstreams.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
* Familiarity with advertising first‑party data, including impression, click, conversion, and attribution data.
* Comfortable working cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring data quality.
