This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team at our Shenley Wood location and support the village’s commitment in delivering ExtraCare’s mission of “better lives for older people”. We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. No more travelling!

12. Hours: 16 hours per week - includes one weekend in three
13. Salary: £13.99per hour (£11,671 pa pro-rata of FTE £27,354)
14. Location: Shenley Wood Retirement Village, Chalkdell Drive, Milton Keynes, MK5 6GJ
As anAdministrator you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
15. Manage training for the Village staff teams
16. Oversee the Village interest group accounts
17. Raise and process payment of invoices
18. Provide administration for the employment cycle of the staff team including right to work checks, DBS checks, and processing new starter and leaver forms
19. General admin and support to the Village Manager and Lifestyle Manager
20. Cover for reception
Person Specification
21. Bookkeeping Experience (invoices, banking, petty cash)
22. Strong Administration experience
23. Handling sensitive information appropriately
24. Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
25. Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
26. Passionate about delivering a quality care service
27. Flexible with hours.
