The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will lead strategy, performance, and people development across a dedicated route, balancing analytical insight with day‑to‑day trading decisions. You will:
* Set and execute revenue strategies to maximise performance across assigned routes.
* Drive revenue targets and lead initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
* Coach, mentor, and develop a junior team of analysts, building capability and best practice.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
* Manage workflows across pricing, forecasting, and yield optimisation.
* Collaborate with wider commercial teams to deliver joined‑up strategies across the network.
* Balance customer demand, yield, and operational performance to maximise revenue.
Your Skills & Experience
You should have:
* Strong experience in revenue management or yield management.
* A highly numerical, analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
* A track record of delivering strong commercial results.
* Experience developing or coaching analytical team members.
* Transport sector experience (highly preferred).
