Team Builder & Mentor: Develop and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering growth, development and accountability.Hands-On Technologist:fortable with system administration, infrastructure, and application support. Process-Driven Leader: Champions continuous improvement and operational excellence across global sites. What you will need to succeed:Development & LeadershipExperience of building and leading a new IT function from the ground up.You will need demonstrative experience of coaching and mentoring a high-performing team across infrastructure, applications, and support.You will be a role model with effectivemunication at all levels, ethical decision-making, and a continuous improvement mindset.Have experience collaborating with executive leadership to influence strategic direction.ERP Experience (SAP)Have hands on experience leading the design, configuration, and deployment of a new SAP ERP systems across a business, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sector.Have experience defining cloud or on-prem solutions across global businesses.
