The Role
You will have the opportunity to engage in a diverse array of legal matters, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious work. Your role will primarily revolve around advising employers within the private commercial sector.
The Employment team boasts over 50 legal professionals Nationwide. There are ample avenues for professional advancement, and you will often collaborate with the wider team on larger, more complex cases.
In addition to your advisory responsibilities, you will actively contribute to our program of client training sessions, seminars, and legal updates, blending online initiatives with occasional in-person events to ensure impactful engagement.
Requirements & Remuneration:
1. You will be confident and capable of managing your own caseload of matters alongside business development activities to assist in the development and growth of the department
2. You will have experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters (advocacy experience is desirable but not necessary)
