* Creating jewellery using silver and PMC techniques
* Designing and making personalised pieces to customer specifications
* Supporting workshop operations and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship

* Holds creative qualifications or demonstrates strong creative skills
* Is adaptable, quick to learn, and keen to expand their technical ability
* Has a "can do" attitude with a strong eye for detail
* Has steady hands, accuracy, and patience for intricate/repetitive work
* Can work independently and under their own initiative
* Can take direction and follow established processes
* Is a team player, happy to collaborate and support colleagues in a small team setting
* Has a positive and confident personality, with the ability to focus and deliver under pressure
* Is conscientious, enthusiastic, and eager to progress within the role
