Role Overview

You will work in a friendly and dynamic environment, receiving a full induction and ongoing support. We recognise that happy and satisfied employees give excellent customer service. Responsibilities

* Reconciling purchase ledger statements monthly
* Registering of purchase invoices
* Accurate payment of all purchase ledger accounts
* Maintaining company credit card records
* Reconciling company bank statements
* Banking and cash management
* Expenses and petty cash control


Requirements

* Must have excellent communication skills
* Experience preferred of using CDK computer package but not essential
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Month end tasks and procedures as and when required
* Willing to be a team player

* A willingness to learn and develop your skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills
