Your role and responsibilities Carrying out a range of administrative and financial tasks to support the delivery of training and the management of training contracts Collating and analysing data in relation to programme attendance and evaluation in order to support course management Uploading online learning resources, ensuring they are kept up to date and accessible Providing customer advice and guidance to enable access to appropriate learning programmes Conference and event co-ordination You will need Experience in carrying out a range of financial and administrative tasks Skills in collating data and preparing simple reports, including the use of Excel to manage a range of information Skills and creativity in designing and managing SharePoint pages To be highly organised, with great communication skills You can view a full list of requirements in the Job and Person Profile (Word ). The team The Centre for Learning is a new service, grown from the CYP and ASC Workforce Development service, that brings together all aspects of training, learning and professional development across many different areas within Adult Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services.
