We are currently looking for an experienced Data Centre & Hosting Manager to join our large friendly team based in Birmingham. Although the role is based at our Solihull Head Office, we are employing a flexible, hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office).

Main Responsibilities
* Managing a team of 9 IT professionals across core server infrastructure and SAP functions to support the Technology Strategy.
* Owning end-to-end core infrastructure services, including support, maintenance, security, lifecycle management, projects, enhancements, budgeting, and relationship management.
* Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities and create proposals and business cases for innovative solutions.
* Serving as a technical subject matter expert for service management activities related to Tarmac’s Technology Infrastructure.
* Ensuring all critical projects related to the Technology Strategy are fully supported.
* Leading technology projects and collaborating with wider teams to maintain high standards.
* Resolving technology incidents and issues promptly across the business.
Candidate Requirements
Ideally, the Data Centre & Hosting Manager will have:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
* Experience supporting large infrastructure environments, including strategy, people management, and project activities within regulated businesses.
* Experience engaging with third-party support partners.
