The Role
The Assistant Designer provides vital support to the Design Team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the design and development process.
Reporting to the Senior Design Manager and collaborating with the wider team, you will assist with tasks such as:
1. Researching trends and gathering inspiration.
2. Preparing design presentations
3. Supporting the creation of CADs and technical packages and overviews
4. Assisting with sample management
5. PLM style management
6. Achieve management
7. Keeping the design office tidy and presentable
With a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn, you will help bring designs to life and contribute to the success of our collections. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to start their career in fashion design within a dynamic and supportive team.
You Will

11. Work within established design processes for straightforward tasks and deliver against objectives with Guidance.
12. Handle routine tasks with clear instructions, planning a few hours to a day ahead.
13. Deliver on design commitments reliably.
14. Play an active role in delivering two seasonal collections and be flexible with in season projects.
15. Work closely with the Category Strategy, Design Co-ord and Quality and Technical team to support design development.
16. Work cross functionally across Graphics, Branding and Print
17. Start to design and develop own product areas.
You Are
18. Trained or work experienced within design to a basic level although this is not necessary.
19. Passionate and enthusiastic about design and fashion industry.
20. Organised and proactive in your approach.
21. A good communicator, active listener and patient.
22. Self-motivated and driven.
23. Respectful and inclusive.
24. A team player.
25. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
26. Flexible to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on deadline.
27. Competent in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.)
28. Competent in the use of PLM program systems.
