We are currently seeking to recruit a Product & Strategic Marketing Manager to join our Connected Aviation Solution (CAS) Business Unit of Collins Aerospace, in Crawley.
Role Overview:
The Product & Strategic Marketing Manageris responsible for leading FlightAware Marketing across Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) Strategic Business Unit and the entirety of Collins Aerospace.
FlightAware is the world's leading aviation software platform, processing over 180+ million incoming messages an hour from over 30,000 individual data feeds—2 terabytes a day and growing! We provide the best, most complete, and most accurate real-time flight-tracking service and are proud to have built a wide variety of successful products on this foundation that have become central to the success of Collins Aerospace the aviation industry at large.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Project and Strategic Marketing leader for FlightAware Portfolio.
2. Integral to Integrated Program Teams that engage Strategy, Value Stream, Program Management, Engineering, Solution Consultants and Sales.
3. Owner of Product and Strategic Marketing plan aligned with SFP and AOP
4. Driving the growth of FlightAware portfolio by delivering profoundinsights across Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) business.
5. Development of Market Requirements Documentsand Go to Market (GTM) strategy.
6. Development of Sales-Tool Kits including Case Studies, Demos, Presentations, Thought Leadership, Whitepapers via Web, Sales Enablement & CRM Platforms.
7. Delivery of Product Training and Webinars to Solution Consultant and Sales.
8. Voice of the Customer & Industry and Competitive Intelligence gathering through workshop facilitation and development of LLM
9. Innovation and Development Economic and Environmental Benefit (E2BA) platform.
Essential Qualifications:
10. Authorised to work in the UK(Crawley) or US(Annapolis) without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX willnot offer sponsorship for this position.
11. Aviation, SaaS, Flight Tracking, Data Feeds, Flight Data Analysisexpertise
12. Leading projects across global cross-functional SaaS team
13. Economic or Environmental Benefit Analysis development
14. Business Case, Market Requirements and Go-To-Market development.
15. Support of Strategic Financial Planning including Market Analysis
16. Though leadership, confident engaging audiences in all forms at all levels.
17. Exceptional listening and problem-solving that uncovers root causes and capture profound insights.
18. Committed to operational excellence with a methodical approach to problem solving thatconsistently drives organizational efficiency.
19. Committed to continual learning in the use of digital tools such as MS Suite, Planners and Dashboards

21. Typically requires a University Degree with proven relevant experience or absence of a degree with significant relevant experience.
