SALARY: £43,327 - £45,607 per annum + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Ealing office base with Hybrid working. However, you could also work out of either the Staines or Winchester offices
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Reward and Performance Advisor to support the delivery of reward, recognition and performance initiatives that engage and motivate employees.
As a Reward and Performance Advisor you will collaborate with managers and HR colleagues to help develop fair, transparent, and competitive reward and performance frameworks across the organisation.
The Reward and Performance Advisor will also support annual pay and benefits reviews, data analysis, benchmarking, and policy updates to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with strong analytical and Excel skills to make a real impact in reward and people strategy development.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Reward and Performance Advisor include:
Support Reward Manager: Assist in the design and delivery of salary, grading, benefits, and recognition programmes
Prepare Reports and Data: Produce accurate HR data, reports, and analysis to inform decision-making
Benchmarking and Evaluation: Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures
Performance Management: Support the development of performance frameworks, communications, and manager toolkits
Provide Guidance: Offer first-line advice on reward and performance policies to managers and employees
Policy Compliance: Maintain awareness of legislation and ensure policies align with legal and industry standards
Stakeholder Liaison: Work with external providers and internal HR teams to deliver annual reward cycles
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reward and performance processes
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
CIPD qualified or relevant Reward qualification
Experience supporting reward and recognition programmes in complex organisations
Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience handling HR or people data
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and HR systems
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
