Meraki Talent are looking for an experienced marketing professional to one of our global clients, drive customer retention, value, and profitability across both Consumer and B2B segments. About the Role
You'll play a key part in increasing customer persistency and profitability through targeted engagement campaigns. Working across individuals, employers, and employees, you'll execute in-life, retention, and renewal marketing while supporting customers in making healthier whole-health choices. You'll also evaluate campaign performance to clearly demonstrate value to the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver retention, cross-sell, upsell, and renewal campaigns.
* Execute targeted in-life and renewal activity across multiple channels.
* Partner with analysts and Data & Analytics teams to track KPIs and measure impact.
* Build customer journeys and campaigns that target the right audience, timing, channels, and formats.
* Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales, Client Management, and Operations to align on activity.
* Work with global marketing teams to deliver and embed initiatives.
* Support product teams with marketing for new features and solutions.
* Manage agency partners to execute digital and traditional campaigns.
* Use customer segmentation to tailor campaigns to specific needs.
Candidate Profile
* Experience working with transactional customer databases (essential).
* 3+ years in customer engagement and in-life targeted marketing.
* Strong background in database marketing.
* Understanding of CRM platforms
