Working closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams, you'll ensure smooth and efficient handling of consignments while maintaining high service standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end sea freight shipments (FCL & LCL)Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customersHandling customs documentation and compliance processesMonitoring shipments and providing regular updatesResolving queries and ensuring a high level of customer serviceSupporting continuous improvement within operationsAbout YouPrevious experience in sea freight imports (essential)Good understanding of shipping documentation and customs processesStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, team-oriented mindsetWR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
