The Role
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team and support our commercial operations. In this role, you'll be central to the customer journey—from processing enquiries to coordinating with design and production, and ensuring seamless delivery of our products. It's a role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately process orders, quotations, invoices, and BOMs
* Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to confirm specifications and lead times
* Track and update customers on their order progress, ensuring excellent service
* Handle customer queries, delivery issues, and returns professionally
* Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports
* Contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
* 3+ years' experience in sales administration or customer service, ideally within manufacturing or a technical sector
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with customers and internal teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Sage, HubSpot)
* Able to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
