We're looking for caring and resilient Emotional & Behaviour Support Assistants to join Primary schools in the Scunthorpe area. You will be providing essential one-to-one support to students, helping them navigate their emotional and behavioural challenges.
This vital role involves providing tailored therapeutic support to students, helping them manage their emotions, develop positive coping strategies, and build confidence. You will work closely with teachers and school staff to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.
Ideal Candidate
* Have experience working with young people who have SEMH needs.
* Be calm, patient, and able to build strong, trusting relationships.
* Possess a therapeutic and nurturing approach to support.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
