We are looking for a HR Advisor to support generalist human resources responsibilities within a dynamic FMCG environment. This role involves providing expert HR guidance, leading employee relations activities, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes.

What you will be doing:
* Providing high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters
* Supporting the consistent application of HR policies and procedure
* Leading the absence management process
* Participating in recruitment activities, including interviews and company inductions
* Assisting with the development of HR initiatives and people projects
* Collating monthly payroll data to ensure accurate payments and reporting
What we are looking for:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Confidence in handling sensitive matters and employee casework
