For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post is offering a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T&C's apply).
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and evaluate an innovative health visiting service in line with the Healthy Child Programme, delegating to team members as appropriate to ensure high-quality service delivery.
2. Provide a skilled, effective, and evidence-based health visiting service to clients in various community settings.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery for clients and communities.
4. Work with team colleagues to achieve the objectives of the Quality Strategy.

About the Role:
We are recruiting enthusiastic Health Visitors to lead, deliver, and influence comprehensive health visiting services in Wandsworth, tailored to meet the public health needs of local communities. The successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of 'Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018)', focusing on improving health and life chances for children and families and safeguarding those at risk.
Please note: there are two vacancies for this post—one based at Roehampton Lane, SW15 4HR, and the other at Brocklebank Group Practice, SW18 4DU. From April 2023, a recruitment premium has been introduced to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH's Health Visiting Teams.
