An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Assistant to join a well-established, independent, family-run business providing specialist clothing to local organisations across Milton Keynes. What we need from you: You must live within a 10-mile radius of Wolverton, Milton Keynes Enjoys working with the public in an in-person, customer facing role Reliable, punctual and a good team player who can be depended upon Flexible to take on a variety of roles and be able to multi-task between them with efficiency and accuracy Confident and comfortable with working on a cash desk Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent spoken and written English Able to stand, bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers What the role involves: Greeting and directing customers.Helping them find the correct school uniform items in the appropriate size for their children Working on the click and collect desk, serving customers picking up their online orders Working as a Cashier on the till packing customer's purchased items and taking payment for them Replenishing and pricing stock in the store Taking in and checking deliveries of stock Salary: £13.45 per hour. Hours: This role offers 20 to 37.5 hours per week. Wednesday is a non-working day, andevery Saturday is a working day.
