Job Title: Receptionist at Maria Mallaband Care Home
The Receptionist is a vital part of the care team at Maria Mallaband Care Home. This role involves direct contact with residents, relatives, visitors, and professionals, serving as the 'front of house' for the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a friendly and professional manner when interacting with residents, visitors, and staff.
2. Ensure courteous and efficient service at all times in the reception area.
3. Maintain confidentiality regarding all issues discussed within the office related to residents, staff, and the home, and never discuss these outside the home.
4. Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
5. Answer the telephone professionally and greet visitors appropriately.
