This is a dynamic sales role where building relationships and delivering exceptional service are key to success. You'll be at the forefront of selling innovative solutions through our rapidly expanding Consultancy business. What You’ll Be Doing: Business Development Grow your client base with a robust sales plan. Attend client meetings to nurture existing relationships and seek new opportunities. Sell Statement of Work (SoW) solutions within the QSW/EP business. Become the go-to expert in your practice area. Consultant Attraction ✨ Create engaging job ads that align with client brand guidelines. Design and execute attraction campaigns with the Consultancy team. Source top talent through job boards, social media, and referrals. Maintain a strong talent pipeline. Client Management Understand client recruitment processes and compliance requirements. Deliver world-class service that exceeds client expectations. Manage data accurately and produce ad-hoc reports as needed. QSW/EP Management Ensure compliance with all legislative and internal quality requirements. Organize registration events for high-volume/niche requirements. Match suitable positions for QSWs quickly and efficiently. Key Relationships: Clients: Understand their needs and discuss delivery and capacity. Candidates: Build strong relationships to match them with the right roles. Co-Members: Collaborate to ensure successful client fulfilment. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in business development and client management. Strong understanding of the QSW practice area. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
