What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading and managing a team of rural professionals Handling day-to-day operational and P&L responsibilities Securing and delivering rural agency instructions for land, farms, and rural property Providing professional advice on valuations (RICS), landlord and tenant matters, grants/subsidies, rural planning, and more Pitching and winning new instructions and growing personal and team profiles Managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service Working across multiple offices to support and win new business Driving marketing strategy with support from internal teams Conducting property viewings and negotiating transactions Using agency CRM systems effectively Contributing market insights and commentary as required What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): MRICS qualified (FAAV desirable but not essential) Proven experience in a similar rural surveying or agency role Track record in team leadership and people management Business development skills with the ability to win instructions Commercially minded with strategic vision Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Organised, self-motivated, and driven Comfortable with CRM systems and technology Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What's In It For You?
