We're looking for a Stakeholder Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Warrington, Cheshire.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Stakeholder Manager, you'll work within Severn Trent's Combined Sewerage Overflow (CSO) team. The CSO programme aims to deliver approximately £100m of additional storm/waste storage to reduce spills into watercourses, rivers, and tributaries, ultimately protecting the environment. This role requires a clear communicator who remains calm in potentially emotive conversations with clients and customers and can engage internally with delivery/project teams and senior leaders within the business. Specific responsibilities include:
Creating and supporting stakeholder management plans at both framework and project levels.
Providing input during development, ECI, design, and construction phases to meet stakeholder needs.
Keeping all stakeholders, from the client to the local community, informed about projects and managing governance within project teams.
Supporting monthly relationship and performance reviews with supply chain partners and clients.
Delivering proactive communications regarding CSO project delivery areas.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you have:
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement
Strong communication skills
A driving license
A degree or equivalent experience in communications, public relations, project management, or a related field
