YOU We are currently looking for a Housing Support Worker to join our progressive Housing team based in Romford. The right candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of our Romford hostel, ensuring that client support needs are addressed and that ultimately, they are prepared for a positive move-on. You will have experience of working with socially excluded young people as well as specific experience in one area of support work i.e. skills training, drug dependency, work with offenders etc. The Housing Support Worker will effectively manage a caseload that provides constructive guidance to clients through dynamic support planning as well as oversee individual rent accounts to minimise the risk of arrears and loss of accommodation.
