The Role
Following a structured and supportive Learning & Development induction, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload aligned to your experience.
This will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters
You will be supported by modern case management systems and dedicated operational teams, allowing you to focus on progressing transactions and delivering an excellent client experience,wherever you are working.
A key highlight of the role is the highly competitive and transparent bonus structure, offering realistic additional earnings of up to £18,000 per year on top of your base salary. This gives you genuine control over your income while working in a remote or home-based environment.
There is also a clearly defined career pathway, ensuring real progression opportunities as you grow within the business.
About You
You will have experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently, with solid technical knowledge across property transactions.
You will also demonstrate:

* A proactive, service-driven mindset
