We are recruiting telesales executives for a large, nationally renowned haulage & logistics firm based in Trafford Park. The role involves working within a pre-generated business pipeline to support field sales personnel, aiming to maximise business profitability and engagement.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
1. Prospecting potential business owners and sales candidates through internal call-back and quota systems.
2. Conducting high-quality B2B conversations to identify business needs and demonstrate our services' value.
3. Meeting and exceeding daily targets for call time and appointments booked.
4. Maintaining a low appointment cancellation rate through strong engagement.
5. Generating new leads, securing appointments, and gaining referrals via consistent outreach.
6. Achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Building, managing, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
8. Keeping Salesforce updated with accurate client and lead information.
9. Working strategically with campaign data, focusing on targeted sectors and lead sources.
10. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment that rewards high performance.
The Successful Candidate
Candidates should possess:
* Proven B2B sales experience with lead generation and conversion skills.
* Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, confident engaging decision-makers.
